Products & pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.

• We work to keep product information, images and stock levels accurate, but errors can occur — if something's wrong with an order because of an error on our part, we'll contact you before proceeding.

• Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

Orders & accounts

• You can check out as a guest or by creating an account. Either way, the details you provide must be accurate.

• You're responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if payment can't be confirmed, stock runs out, or details appear incorrect — and will let you know if this happens.

Delivery & branch collection

Orders can be delivered or collected from one of our branches — see Our Branches for locations and contact details. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and product availability.

Returns & warranty

Equipment we sell is covered by the relevant manufacturer warranty where applicable. If an item arrives faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us at info@powershop.co.zw or through our Contact page as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Website use

• You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or interfering with its normal operation.

• Product reviews and feedback you submit must be honest and are subject to admin approval before publishing.

• All site content, branding and product descriptions belong to Powershop or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site or our services change. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
